Recreation Commission meets the 2nd Monday of each month at the Township Hall at 7:00 PM
The Recreation Committee would like to get some ideas from
the Township residents on what activities they would like to see happen in ourt Township. We currently have movies in the park, lunch with Santa, Easter Egg Hunt and a Christmas Light Contest. Please e-mail your suggestions to Sherry at beisers@comcast.net.

Cemetery Advisory Board meets the 2nd Wednesday of every other month at the Township Hall at 9:00 AM
There are two Cemeteries located in Clyde Township:
- Kinney Cemetery (located on Vincent Road across from the Township Office)
- Ruby Cemetery (located on old Abbottsford Road in Ruby)

The Planning Commission is looking for residents
who are interested in serving voluntarily on the Water & Sewer Advisory Research Group.
MISSION STATEMENT
In an effort to address past concerns in Clyde Township regarding water and sewer issues, the Clyde Township Water and Sewer Advisory Research Group is created to benefit the citizens of the Township by ensuring proper planning regarding water and sewer development.
The Water and Sewer Advisory Research Group will explore the needed growth and development of water and sewer systems. It will explore funding methods, including the utilization of State and Federal grants. It will focus on enumerating ways to improve the current systems and will prioritize the needs in the community for future water and sewer development.
The Water and Sewer Advisory Research Group will provide viable proposals to the Clyde Township Planning Commission, through a designated group chairperson, regarding immediate steps that can be taken to facilitate growth in these two areas.
The Clyde Township Planning Commission shall appoint seven (7) volunteers to the Group, and shall retain discretion and authority to modify the membership of the Group by majority vote of the Planning Commission.

A Public Hearing will be held at the Clyde Township Hall, 3350 Vincent Road, North Street, MI 48049 by the Clyde Township Zoning Board of Appeals.
The following request will be considered:
Case #11-002 James & Betsy Bearss of 6760 Abbottsford Road Ruby, MI 48049, Property #74-15-017-4010-000, are requesting a variance to allow erecting an accessory building on a 28 acre parcel. The above parcel is zoned R-2 Residential Single Family.
Interested parties are encouraged to attend and/or write to the Zoning Board of Appeals at the above address.
Clyde Township will provide necessary reasonable auxiliary aids and services, such as signers for the hearing impaired and audio tapes of the printed materials being considered at the Public Hearing, to individuals with disabilities upon ten (10) business day's written notice.
