IMPORTANT NOTICE

Attention all Property Owners In Clyde Township

Landmark Appraisal Company will be conducting a complete reappraisal of every property in the Township. The reappraisal will establish an accurate record of all the properties located in Clyde Township and will provide an accurate and uniform assessment of your property. Please read the April newsletter for more detailed information or contact the Township Office.

The whole Township has just been re-appraised and to assist the Assessor, the Township Board has decided
to offer residents one copy of their evaluation sheet and one copy of the sketch of their home free of charge.  The
Township Board would like the residents to review and report back any errors or discrepancies to the Assessor.

  • RESPONSIBLE FOR TAX ALLOCATION BOARD BUDGET (IF APPLICABLE)
  • DEVELOPS TOWNSHIP BUDGET
  • APPOINTS SOME COMMISSION MEMBERS
  • MAY CALL SPECIAL MEETINGS
  • MAY APPOINT A DEPUTY
